MultiPerso Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA) component can be used as a root Certification Authority for generation and renewal of root certificates, as well as for processing certification requests from Document Signers. 

OVERVIEW

MultiPerso Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA) allows government organizations to build a dedicated in-house PKI environment and enables digital signature and certificate authentication capabilities to be applied to a broad range of applications and platforms. It provides issuing valid certificates to and updating revocation information about the Document Signer certificates.
